Phil Wiese

Phil is an Investment Principal at 65 Equity Partners, based in London.

He joined 65 Equity Partners from Trilantic Europe, where he spent the last decade focussing on German and Pan-European mid-market private equity deals, supporting entrepreneurs and management teams in realising their growth ambitions including supporting international expansion and execution of buy-and-build strategies.

Phil started his career in investment banking with BofA Merrill Lynch in the global industrial team based in London.


Phil holds a BSc in Business Administration from the University of Mannheim. He is fluent in both English and German

Natalie Eliades

Natalie Eliades is a Senior Legal Counsel at 65 Equity Partners, based in London and covering Europe and the United States.


She joined 65 Equity Partners from Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP, where her practice extended to cross-border and domestic transactions spanning private equity, private mergers and acquisitions, special situations, co-investments, joint ventures and corporate restructurings, as well as providing general corporate advice.


Prior to joining Skadden, Natalie worked at Ropes & Gray LLP. Natalie started her career at Simmons & Simmons LLP.


Natalie holds a Masters of Business Administration from BPP Business School and attained a distinction on the Legal Practice Course at BPP Law School. Natalie also holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB (Hons.)) degree from the University of Nottingham. Natalie is a Solicitor admitted to practice in England and Wales.

Pascal Heberling

Pascal is Co-Head of Europe and a Partner at 65 Equity Partners, based in London.


Pascal has over two decades private equity investing experience, latterly at BC Partners, where he was a Partner focusing on healthcare, and where he led the firm’s latest investment in CeramTec.


Prior to that, Pascal spent over six years at the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA), in its private equity department, as Head of Healthcare and a member of its Executive Committee. During this time, Pascal led several investments including Galderma (Nestlé Skin Health), Pharmaceutical Product Development (PPD), and Moderna.


Previously, Pascal spent twelve years at Cinven, including nine years as a Partner, and where he played an integral role in a series of successful investments including Spire Healthcare, Numéricable, MediMedia, and Springer Science (today known as Springer Nature). He began his career in the mergers and acquisitions group of Merrill Lynch in London. He has served on numerous boards in his various roles.


Pascal is trilingual in English, French and German. He graduated summa cum laude from the Institut d’Études Politiques de Paris (Sciences Po) and holds an MA and an MBA from the University of Toronto (dean’s list).

Kevin Stender

Kevin is an Associate at 65 Equity Partners, based in London.


He joined 65 Equity Partners from a mid-market private equity firm in Germany. Prior to that, he was an Associate at Morgan Stanley in the EMEA Healthcare team and an Analyst at Moelis & Company.


Kevin holds a Master of Accounting & Finance from University of St. Gallen and a Bachelor of Business Administration from EBS Business School.
