Jason Chen

Jason is a Vice President at 65 Equity Partners, based in San Francisco.


He joined 65 Equity Partners from AIMPERA Capital Partners, where he focused on making equity investments in privately-owned real assets and infrastructure businesses. Prior to that, Jason worked at Baird Capital Partners as an associate investing in middle-market industrial companies. Jason started his career as an Analyst in the Global Industrials and M&A team at Citigroup.


Jason holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research from the University of California, Berkeley.

Annie Chee

Annie is Head of Human Resources at 65 Equity Partners, based in Singapore.


She joined 65 Equity Partners from global growth investor, L Catterton where she was Regional Human Resources Director. Prior to that, Annie worked for several international brands in the consumer space including Sephora and had worked across hospitality and healthcare sectors.


Annie holds an Executive Master in Change from INSEAD and a Bachelor of Commerce from Curtin University.

Luca Bertinetti

Luca is an Associate at 65 Equity Partners, based in London.


He joined 65 Equity Partners from Jefferies, where he was an Investment Banking Associate in the EMEA M&A team. Prior to that, he was an Analyst at Mediobanca in the Financial Sponsors Group focussing primarily on the Italian market.


Luca holds a Master of Corporate Finance from Cass Business School (First Class Honours) and a Bachelor of Business Administration and Management from Bocconi University.

Francis Woo

Francis is Chief Corporate Officer / Managing Director at 65 Equity Partners, focused on investing in Asia and overseeing the corporate functions of the firm.


Francis joined 65 Equity Partners from global asset manager, Eastspring Investments, where he was Chief Financial Officer and a Board Director. He was, concurrently, a Senior Advisor to TPG and an appointed board director to an investment. Prior to Eastspring, Francis was Managing Director at TPG, where he focused on private equity investments in Southeast Asia, and was Chief Financial Officer for Asia overseeing the firm’s profitability and investment performance. Francis spent over 11 years in investment banking in New York and Singapore, having last worked at Credit Suisse as Co-Head of Corporate Finance for Southeast Asia.


Francis holds an MBA from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, and a BBA from the University of Michigan.
