Pascal Heberling

Pascal is Co-Head of Europe and a Partner at 65 Equity Partners, based in London.


Pascal has over two decades private equity investing experience, latterly at BC Partners, where he was a Partner focusing on healthcare, and where he led the firm’s latest investment in CeramTec.


Prior to that, Pascal spent over six years at the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA), in its private equity department, as Head of Healthcare and a member of its Executive Committee. During this time, Pascal led several investments including Galderma (Nestlé Skin Health), Pharmaceutical Product Development (PPD), and Moderna.


Previously, Pascal spent twelve years at Cinven, including nine years as a Partner, and where he played an integral role in a series of successful investments including Spire Healthcare, Numéricable, MediMedia, and Springer Science (today known as Springer Nature). He began his career in the mergers and acquisitions group of Merrill Lynch in London. He has served on numerous boards in his various roles.


Pascal is trilingual in English, French and German. He graduated summa cum laude from the Institut d’Études Politiques de Paris (Sciences Po) and holds an MA and an MBA from the University of Toronto (dean’s list).

Moses Tan

Moses Tan is a Legal Counsel at 65 Equity Partners, based in Singapore.


He joined 65 Equity Partners from Sidley Austin LLP, where his practice focused on mergers & acquisitions, private equity, joint ventures, corporate restructuring and general corporate and commercial matters. Moses has acted for a diverse range of sophisticated clients on large and complex cross-border transactions across a wide variety of industries.


Prior to joining Sidley, Moses worked at Allen & Gledhill LLP and WongPartnership LLP.


Moses holds a Bachelor of Laws (Second Class Honours (Upper)) from the National University of Singapore, and is admitted to the Singapore Bar.

Laura Yang

Laura Yang is a Vice President at 65 Equity Partners, based in Singapore.


Previously, Laura was an investment professional within Goldman Sach’s private equity team in London, focusing on power, utility and infrastructure investments. Prior to that she worked at CPP Investment Board in London focusing on real asset and infrastructure investments. She started her career within the Investment Banking Division of UBS.


Laura holds a Bachelor in Economics from University of Cambridge. She is fluent in English and Mandarin.

Richard Neff

Richard Neff is 65 Equity Partners’ Senior Adviser for North America.


Richard is an experienced services executive accomplished in delivering operating performance across growth, reset and turnaround opportunities and scaling from lower middle market to complex enterprise level platforms, in both private equity and public company environments.


Richard’s professional background spans financial, healthcare and tech-enabled services businesses, with significant global exposure. In an extended GE career, his leadership roles ranged from new product development, such as launching the first private label credit card in Switzerland, to acquiring, running and divesting of large, diversified service organizations in Europe, North America and Southeast Asia.


Richard holds a BA from Rutgers University and an MBA from Columbia University. He has served on multiple service company, bank and association boards and has achieved Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification.
